We are seeking three Senior Technical Project Managers to independently lead a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects with a strong technical, security, and transformation component. Projects will be distributed among the selected candidates. Your role will involve managing the complete project lifecycle: scoping, approach plan, scenarios, scheduling, budget, scope, quality, risk management, reporting, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

You mobilize teams, arbitrate priorities and ensure clear communication with clients, partners, technical teams, operations and governance.

 

Desired Profile:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing complex and large-scale technical projects
  • Expertise in managing deadlines, budget, scope, quality, risks, and governance
  • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Methodical, autonomous, and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2
  • Assets: experience in G-Cloud, social security, healthcare, or public services
  • French or Dutch speaker with an active knowledge of the other national language

 

Environments and domains:

  • Securing authentication and communication channels in a NIS2 context
  • Containerization of the Adabas database
  • Modernization of legacy systems in the L2000 environment
  • Stabilization of Solaris platforms and exit Tuxedo.
  • Implementation of REST DMFA interfaces and upgrade of impacted legacy systems.
  • Associated technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Solaris, and mainframe environments.
  • Implementation of APIs for querying the Adabas database.
  • Security of application platforms and services.
  • Adoption of the Public Cloud.
  • CI/CD program.

 

Priority projects:

  • FTP to sFTP migration: managing the roadmap, communications with around forty partners, application adaptations and documentation.
  • Modernizing authentication: reducing the use of username/password combinations and coordinating changes with stakeholders, by achieving alignment and personalized communication with them.
  • L2000 / Adabas: stabilize and ensure the long-term viability of the critical DmfA/Adabas infrastructure, prepare for database containerization, and plan legacy migrations. L2000 is the storage environment for DMFA declarations submitted by employers ( Adabas database ).
  • DMFA / Rest: implementation of APIs to expose the Adabas database  in a standardized way and modification of impacted client systems.
  • Security of platforms and application enablement services: harmonize practices, structure a roadmap and monitor risks and NIS2 compliance.
  • Public Cloud: supporting onboarding, technological consistency, action and organizational impacts (Google cloud or multi-cloud environment).
  • CI/CD: strengthen the management of the strategic program and coordination with the architecture.
