Corporate Strategy Manager

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to join our corporate strategy function. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on initiatives that influence long-term business direction, growth, and transformation across multiple business units.

You will operate in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking is combined with practical execution, helping shape decisions that improve business performance, strengthen partnerships, and identify new opportunities in an evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior executives to define and refine the organisation's strategic priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, including market research, competitive assessment, financial modelling, and business case development.
  • Evaluate industry trends, customer behaviour, and emerging technologies to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Develop strategic recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional programmes involving commercial, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of commercial partnership strategies, including supplier, customer, and channel relationships where relevant.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive briefings that clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and business impact.
  • Support organisational transformation projects and help ensure strategic objectives are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will typically have:

  • Around five or more years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or a related strategic function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience turning complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to assess market dynamics and competitive positioning.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through well-supported analysis.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across different business functions.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities within a fast-changing environment while maintaining a results-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, technology, digital services, media, infrastructure, or other regulated industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Experience with partnership, wholesale, or B2B commercial models would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch and/or French would also be an asset.

This position offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future direction of a large, complex organisation. You'll gain exposure to senior leadership, contribute to high-profile strategic initiatives, and collaborate with experienced professionals across a wide range of business functions.

In return, you can expect:

  • A highly visible role with direct exposure to executive decision-makers.
  • Opportunities to work on business-critical projects with lasting organisational impact.
  • Continuous professional development through mentoring, training, and career progression opportunities.
  • A collaborative and supportive environment that values innovation, initiative, and diverse perspectives.
  • Flexible working arrangements designed to support work-life balance.
  • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Clear opportunities for internal career growth across strategy, commercial, and leadership functions.
