As a project manager, you lead various IT implementation projects from A to Z: from pre-sales to concept development, through solution building, change management and production deployment.

You establish the schedule and ensure deadlines are met. You facilitate and maintain communication between all parties involved in the project. You closely monitor the budget and control the quality of your project.

You report on your projects regularly and in a structured manner to the client and management. You ensure that problems are reported promptly and remain attentive to the outcome.

As team leader, you are the line manager of your team, which comprises both internal researchers and consultants. You coordinate and motivate your researchers, conduct performance and evaluation reviews, and support their professional development. You manage the team's capacity planning and ensure the appropriate allocation of resources. You contribute to the recruitment of suitable candidates and guarantee the smooth operation of the team.

As the Competence Center Manager, you proactively ensure the development of the team's skills to align them with future client needs. You oversee knowledge sharing and its reuse within projects managed by the team or, more broadly, by our clients.

Profile:

You hold a master's degree.
You are PRINCE2 certified (requirement).
An ITIL certification is preferred.
You have several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in project management, and you are familiar with Agile development methods.
You have proven experience in people management: this is a hierarchical management position, with responsibility for the evaluation, motivation and development of your employees.
You have a good working knowledge of the second national language; a good command of English is an additional asset.
Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment is an asset, as is knowledge of SharePoint and related tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.). A lack of specific experience with these technologies is not a disqualifying factor: we are primarily looking for a project manager and team leader profile, capable of developing expertise on the platform.
You have a sense of responsibility and are customer and results oriented.
You possess good communication and writing skills.
You are persistent and possess great negotiation skills.
