The successful candidate will provide contractual and commercial support throughout the full project lifecycle, from tender and contract review through project execution, change management and final close-out.
This position requires a commercially astute construction professional with strong contractual knowledge, site exposure and the ability to work closely with project teams, legal stakeholders, subcontractors and clients.

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous site-based construction experience
- Proven experience in construction contract management
- Experience with variations, claims, contractual changes and subcontract agreements
- Strong contractual and commercial understanding of construction projects
- Fluent in French – essential
- Good working proficiency in English – essential
- Dutch advantageous, but not required
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
- Willing and able to work in Belgium
