THE TEAM

At Ticketmaster, the Marketing Team in Belgium is dedicated to generating and maximizing fan demand to drive ticket sales. This is achieved through the creation of engaging content across all relevant local marketing channels. A key focus is nurturing client relationships while showcasing our extensive reach through precise targeting. This includes leveraging marketing automation, CRM, paid and organic social media, search (SEO & SEA), and programmatic advertising. Additionally, the team actively promotes our marketing services whenever possible, aiming to build client trust and foster long-term collaborations.

THE JOB

As a Digital Marketer, with focus on Marketing Analysis, you’ll be the bridge between strategic marketing plans and their daily execution. You’ll work across digital platforms, including Meta Analytics and Google Analytics, to translate data into actionable insights. As the key support for the Marketing team, you will enable the analysis of which actions truly have an impact and help the team focus their efforts optimally to deliver the best results for our clients. In addition to these analytical activities, you will assist the team on a daily basis across various marketing activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
  Track performance of campaigns through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and Looker Studio. Conduct A/B testing, interpret results, and present data-driven insights to clients.
• Reporting & Analysis
   Support campaign and platform reporting with clear, actionable takeaways. Help draft analytical reports for internal teams and clients.
• Visualization & Reporting
  Build interactive dashboards (Lookerstudio) and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
• Turning Data into Insights
  Interpret results to support decision-making across teams (marketing, sales, product). Clearly communicate insights, even to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analysis Automation
  Work closely with the regional expert team to create scripts or workflows to automate recurring reports.
• Support Marketing Team
  Assist the team across various marketing activities, including managing social media channels, preparing reports and analyses, creating and scheduling newsletters, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, ensuring the quality of the Ticketmaster.be website, supporting translation needs and providing general administrative and operational support.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

• Results-driven data analyst with 1–3 years of experience, ideally in entertainment or other fast-paced industries.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of transactional data, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient in Looker Studio, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and familiar with HTML, AMPScript, and SQL
• Ability to present data in a clear and compelling way, in written reports and data visualization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English with the ability to simply present key findings and learnings to those with less analytical expertise
