Looking for a role where you can develop, optimize, and own a business-critical ServiceNow platform? Do you enjoy complex scripting, platform upgrades, and building scalable solutions that support real business processes? Make your career count as a Senior ServiceNow Developer at BDO, where expertise, a hands-on mindset, and a warm, pragmatic culture come together. • Supporting end users and key users with incidents, questions, and small changes.
• Developing and debugging complex scripts, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Working in an agile setup, translating epics into stories and delivering in sprints.
• Contributing to projects that introduce new functionality or extend existing and new modules.
• Developing in a dev environment and migrating changes correctly via update sets or scoped applications.
• Participating in platform and module upgrades (ITSM, CSM, WSD), including preparation, testing, clone-backs, and post-upgrade checks.
• Phasing out or replacing legacy custom applications when needed.
• Maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge within the team.
• Continuously learning about new ServiceNow modules, features, and best practices.
• Actively contributing ideas around performance optimization, governance, and platform improvements. What do you bring to the table?
