Your role: Sales Representative PH VET Belgium
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing profitable sales of Elanco’s PH products within your assigned territory (Brussels mainly French part, partly Flemish part) by engaging targeted veterinary accounts and building trusted partnerships with veterinarians and veterinary staff. Through face-to-face and virtual interactions, you will provide product, scientific and commercial expertise while executing account plans aligned with Elanco’s sales and marketing objectives.
Your responsibilities
• Deliver sales objectives by developing and executing effective Account Plans for targeted veterinary accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a value-added partner to veterinarians and veterinary staff.
• Present Elanco’s product portfolio and communicate relevant scientific and product information through sales calls, in-clinic presentations and educational programs.
• Generate demand and implement marketing programs and customer initiatives across corporate clinics, buying groups and independent veterinary practices.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including call reports, customer information and territory intelligence.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints and ensure compliance with Elanco policies and procedures. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

Education:
HBO/WO degree with a scientific orientation.
•
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the animal health industry.
• Languages: Fluent French, very good knowledge of Dutch and working knowledge of English.
•
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen, customer focus and a results-driven approach. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
• Passion for or understanding of the veterinary business and animal health industry.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• High learning agility and the ability to communicate scientific information effectively.
• Strong organizational and implementation skills, with a high level of personal accountability and initiative.
• Experience using CRM systems and strong digital/computer literacy. Additional Information
• Location/Territory: Belgium; Brussels region, primarily covering the French-speaking area, with partial coverage of the Flemish part.
• Work model: Field-based role with regular visits to veterinary clinics and customer accounts.
• Travel: Regular travel within the assigned territory; occasional overnight travel may be required. Don’t meet every single requirement?
