YOUR ROLE
As a Project Manager with an Engineering background, you will be responsible for
leading end-to-end project delivery within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring
that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will
act as the key point of contact between technical teams and clients.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Leading and managing engineering projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GMP and GDP.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Coordinating and managing cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across all project phases.
* Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and add value to client operations.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager who brings both a solid engineering foundation and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry.
* You hold a degree in Engineering (or a related technical discipline) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
* You have a strong understanding of pharma industry regulations and standards (e.g. GMP, GDP, FDA, EMA guidelines) and are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
* You demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
* You are proficient in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and are comfortable using project management tools to plan, track and report on project progress.
* You are fluent in English, and good level of French.
