Experience:
2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership (Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager) within a 4/5-star hotel or high-volume venue.
• Hospitality Passion: Strong interpersonal and guest-relation skills with a passion for delivering memorable service experiences.
• Leadership Drive: Proven track record of building, motivating, and managing diverse, high-performing service teams.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of restaurant P&L, POS systems (e.g., Micros/Simphony), inventory management, and labor scheduling.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late shifts, weekends, and peak holidays.
