• Client Advisory: Manage urgent telephone inquiries and digital support tickets while strictly adhering to corporate safety and quality protocols.
• Analytical Diagnostics: Evaluate complex operational delays to engineer fast, data-driven solutions for commercial clients.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering divisions to minimize turnaround times and maintain precise digital records.
• Hybrid Work Model: Benefit from a balanced weekly schedule comprising four days on-site at our contemporary Ghent facility and one day working remotely.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete an intensive corporate training curriculum starting on day one. A mechanics background is not required; comprehensive technical instruction is fully provided. Candidate Requirements
• Language Abilities: Native or professional fluency in both German and Dutch (written and spoken), with the ability to switch between both languages effortlessly in corporate environments. Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 standard) for software navigation, case logging, and global team communication.
• Professional Attributes: Demonstrated composure under high-pressure conditions, sustaining a calm, solution-oriented mindset during urgent client communications.
• Digital Literacy: A tech-savvy profile featuring strong practical experience navigating enterprise software systems and managing multiple digital tools concurrently.
• Shift Flexibility: Full readiness to participate in a 24/7 rotating shift roster to guarantee continuous support for worldwide fleet operations. Compensation & Perks
