We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-minded young professionals to join our international team in Greece to represent Miele—the legendary, high-end German manufacturer famous worldwide for its premium domestic appliances. In this role, you will be the helpful voice guiding Dutch customers through smart living, troubleshooting high-tech appliances, and providing top-tier service.

What You'll Do
Every Day Be the Problem Solver: Handle incoming calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven). Provide Premium Support: Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed. Level Up Your
Skills:
Master two dynamic lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—keeping your day-to-day work varied and exciting. Connect Globally: Work in an expansive, high-energy international department where English is the main language used for training and team communications. Language
Skills:
Native or C1-level Dutch fluency, combined with a good command of English (B2) for your training and systems. (Bonus tip: Miele love meeting the team, so representatives will drop by during your training to welcome you) Tech Comfort: Good general PC skills and a basic, everyday curiosity about how things and gadgets work. Mindset: An open, communicative, and friendly personality who handles busy moments (like high-energy Monday mornings) with a smile.
