* Within your role, you will be responsible for project management and campaign management for selected clients.
* Project Management
* Together with the Client Squad, ensure we deliver top-quality work to our clients
* Help define the Squad’s agenda and priorities
* Take responsibility for ensuring timely delivery of all projects, requiring strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Campaign Management
* Ensure we receive timely and clear briefings from the client
* Deliver plans together with the Client Squad and media experts within the agreed deadlines (with the support of our project management tool, Wrike)
* Provide our experts with the necessary information received from the Strategist and Communication Planner to develop detailed media plans (TV/Radio/Out-of-Home/Digital/Print)
* Follow up on client approvals of our plans
* Coordinate the delivery of media materials with creative agencies (e.g., TV spots, radio spots, social media posts, posters, etc.)
* Guide campaign reporting during and after campaigns Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking junior profile or someone with initial experience, who has:
* A proactive mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong administrative and organizational abilities
