Operations Manager – Chinese Cuisine

This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations to achieve business objectives, drive development, implement marketing initiatives, and address personnel needs. The primary accountability lies in sustaining business performance and achieving the desired financial outcomes for new high-end Chinese restaurant openings. Role And Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive performance to meet targets, including sales, food costs, customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and service standards
• Identify and implement business and operational strategies by analyzing trends and developing the food and beverage business plan
• Implement financial strategies for food and beverage by anticipating needs, developing budgets, and measuring results to initiate corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that enhance sales performance and strengthen brand presence in the market
• Work with the human resources team to develop and monitor talent initiatives that maintain a strong talent pool within the organization
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance business performance in events and catering
• Support and lead multiple projects in alignment with the business plan and development goals Requirements
• Diploma or above in business or hotel management
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management roles, with a strong preference for expertise in Modern Chinese Cuisine
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills
• Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
• Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills
• Experience in business pre-opening and mobilization projects
