As Network Data Insight & AI Manager, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary modern data team that turns network and customer data into actionable insights, data products, and AI solutions.
You will connect technical data capabilities with business priorities to improve customer experience, support operational performance, and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the company.
Your Key Responsabilites:
• Set the team’s direction and deliver data engineering, data analytics and data science initiatives aligned with business priorities and ROI.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be addressed through data.
• Advise senior leaders and communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
• Partner with IT to ensure data infrastructure and architecture are robust and effective.
• Oversee data products and KPIs that help identify dissatisfied customers, predict complaints, and support operational priorities.
• You are responsible for a budget of €50,000–€200,000 for cloud data storage, ingestion, processing, and visualization.
• Experience and Education
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• A master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering with a specialization in data or AI; or other relevant field.
• Lean Six Sigma or another Lean-method certification is an advantage. Technical Expertise
• Knowledge of data management, analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker; big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark; and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to assess how emerging data science and AI technologies can be applied in the telecommunications business.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements, including GDPR. Leadership and Project Management
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects, set timelines, and allocate resources and budgets to deliver measurable business value.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams, building trust, and aligning diverse expectations. Communication and Languages
• Ability to explain technical concepts, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Results-oriented.
