Key responsibilities
✅ Managing daily office operations and documentation ✅ Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and shipments ✅ Preparing and checking invoices, transport and customs documents ✅ Communicating with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners ✅ Supporting order processing and administrative tasks ✅ Working closely with the Managing Director What we’ re looking for: 🔹 Strong organizational and communication skills 🔹 Attention to detail and ability to multitask 🔹 Good command of English; Dutch is a strong advantage 🔹 Experience in logistics, administration, or international trade is a plus 🔹 A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset 📍
