• Contribute to the XP team's toolbox: supplier database, budget templates, production checklists, and reporting formats.
• Stay on top of venues, suppliers, and experiential trends in Belgium and France, and feed them back to the creative and sales teams. Organizational strength: You are structured, calm under pressure, and comfortable running several productions in parallel with tight deadlines. Relationship-building & Entrepreneurial Spirit: You build trust fast with suppliers, venues, clients, and crew. You are autonomous, solution-driven, and take initiative when things change at the last minute, because they will. Field mentality: You are present on site during build-up, show days, and dismantling, including occasional evenings and weekends, and you travel for productions in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. Creator-marketing affinity: You understand how influencer content, PR, and paid amplification plug into a live experience, or you are eager to learn it fast. You have at least 3 years of experience as an Event Project Manager, Production Manager, or Event Coordinator in an event, brand activation, or communication agency, or on the corporate side with hands-on production responsibility. You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have full professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of a third language is a plus. A driving licence is a strong asset.
