Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. http://www.redcross.org.hk Job Purpose Plan and implement experiential programs, engage with external partners and ultimately promote humanitarian value to school and public.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and carry out experiential humanitarian programs and activities of Humanitarian Education Centre (HEC)
• Develop and carry out external engagement and promotion strategies for HEC
• Manage a group of teacher-actors and volunteers to carry out the programs and activities
• Manage activity/exhibition venue of HEC
• Develop education kits and social media materials to promote humanitarian value
• Assist in the daily operation, marketing and customer service of HEC Requirements
• Degree holder preferable in Communication, Social Science, Education or related discipline
• Minimum two-year working experience in Communication, Education, Non-profit sector or related aspects
• Interested in humanitarian work, value education, external engagement and partnership, experiential learning, global citizenship or social development
• Knowledge in online tools and multimedia production is an asset
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua)
• Good communication, program planning, innovative thinking and interpersonal skills, mature and able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with experience in performing arts and event management are preferred
