🚀 Akkodis is hiring – Bid Manager | railway Sector Akkodis is currently looking for a Bid Manager to join one of our clients in the railway sector, supporting the preparation and coordination of complex customer offers. 🔹 Your mission
• Analyze customer requirements and tender documentation
• Coordinate the preparation of complex bids and ensure deadlines are met
• Define the bid strategy with the relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial teams
• Consolidate costs, planning, risks and technical inputs into a consistent offer
• Identify key risks, assumptions and opportunities
• Support customer clarification and negotiation phases
• Prepare the handover from Bid to Project after contract award 🔹

Your profile
• Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Engineering or a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Bid/Tender Management, Project Management or complex industrial projects
• Strong technical understanding and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of costing, planning, risk management and customer relations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English; French is strongly preferred
• Experience in railway, signalling, rolling stock, mobility or industrial services is a strong plus 📍
