• 初中或以上程度
• 具三年或以上相關工作經驗，具有木工、油漆、泥水工程維修經驗優先考慮
• 須持有效建造業平安咭
• 持有吊船操作證書 / 密閉空間核准工人證書或搭建鋁架證書者優先考慮
• 持有木工/髹漆及裝飾/雲石/泥水工程中級或以上工藝測試證書者優先考慮
• 持有註册水喉匠牌照或註冊電工"A"牌或以上牌照者優先考慮
• 負責大廈之電器、水喉、木器、油漆及泥水等保養及維修工作，包括親自實施保養及維修工作，及於現場作指導工作。
• 協助高级工程主管監督和指導工作團隊進行日常維護、翻新和維修工作
• 操流利廣東話及懂簡單中文書寫
• 每週工作5或6天（長短週）
• 每天工作9小時，需輪班輪休 (星期一至五: 07:30 – 16:30 或 09:00 – 18:00 或 11:00 – 20:00, 星期六、日或公眾假期: 09:00
