Role Description The Associate will support client engagements by assisting with company and trust formation, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, coordinating filings and submissions, supporting due diligence for corporate structuring and cross-border transactions, and communicating with clients and external partners to gather information and resolve inquiries. The role also involves conducting research on regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions, preparing summaries and reports for senior team members, and contributing to process improvements and documentation standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, United States, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications
• Ability to perform detailed legal, regulatory, and business research, and to analyze information for corporate and trust-related matters.
• Strong skills in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documentation for company formation, trust administration, and corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication for client correspondence, report writing, and internal collaboration.
• Comfort with using productivity tools and basic office software to manage records, track deadlines, and support workflow.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience or coursework in corporate services, trusts, compliance, or financial services is an advantage.
