About The Role
IMan Investment is seeking an Investment Associate to join our Hong Kong investment team. You will work closely with Partners and senior investors to source, evaluate and support early-stage companies with global ambition. This role suits someone who enjoys rigorous diligence, clear writing and practical partnership with founders — from first conversation through portfolio support. 02 Responsibilities
• Source and screen early-stage investment opportunities across Enterprise AI, healthcare, fintech, climate and related themes
• Build financial models, market maps and investment memos for internal investment committee review
• Lead workstreams in commercial, product and competitive diligence
• Coordinate expert calls, customer references and founder meetings
• Support portfolio companies with hiring intros, customer access and follow-on fundraising preparation
• Track sector developments and contribute to internal research notes 03 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting or a high-growth operating role
• Strong financial modelling and written communication skills
• Comfort operating across Hong Kong, Greater China and broader Asia Pacific contexts
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and sound commercial judgement
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred; undergraduate degree in a quantitative or business discipline required
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin a strong plus 04
