Swire Resources Limited is the leading retailers and wholesalers of a number of top-selling sports, lifestyle and outdoors brands of apparel, footwear and accessories products. To cope with the Company's rapid expansion, we invite high caliber personnel to join us. The incumbent will be responsible for managing, developing and operating e-commerce platforms for Catalog. Digital-savvy graduates with passion in sports and fashion are welcomed Job Duties And Responsibilities Plan out the website update schedule, and coordinate with different parties on the storefront design, product photos, product descriptions, and stock levels Work closely with the buying team to prepare for key retail seasonal cycles, including season launches, sales, and promotions Partner with the marketing team to formulate digital marketing plan to improve website traffic and conversion rate Manage program and campaign launches such as banners, eDM campaigns, SEO, and social media marketing Prepare design briefs for the graphic designer to create on-brand graphics Liaise with third-party partners to maintain excellent delivery and customer service Utilize site metrics tracking tools to generate business intelligence reports for performance evaluation Requirements Degree holder, preferably in Management Information System (MIS), E-Commerce, Marketing or related disciplines At least 1 year of relevant experience in E-commerce operations, experience in using Magento Community version is an advantage Strong interest in fashion, apparel or footwear brands, with fashion sense and/or an enthusiasm for sneaker culture Well organized, with ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results on schedule
