• 中五或以上學歷；操流利廣東話，懂英語者更佳
• 具5年或以上保安督導級工作經驗
• 能書寫流暢中文報告或紀錄，例如罪案調查報告
• 能獨立處事及進行罪案調查工作
• 端正人生觀及熱誠工作態度
• 良好溝通技巧、有敏銳觀察能力及保安警覺
