Key Responsibilities
• Develop Power Platform solutions based on approved designs.
• Build Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Automate Desktop solutions.
• Develop Copilot Studio agents and workflows.
• Develop and integrate Azure Functions where required.
• Design Power Platform solutions based on requirements and specifications.
• Maintain existing Power Automate and Power Apps applications.
• Act as the Power Platform subject matter expert for business stakeholders.
• Help colleagues resolve technical Power Platform issues within assigned projects. Required Technical Skills
• Technical architecture for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, including AI Builder.
• Microsoft Power Apps Canvas Apps.
• Microsoft Power Apps Model-Driven Apps, including Dataverse and generative pages.
• Microsoft Power Apps Code Apps, including GitHub Copilot, plugins and MCP servers.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agents and workflows.
• Microsoft Power Pages.
• Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Lists and OneDrive.
• Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Integration capabilities, including Data Gateway, VNet Injection, Azure Functions, APIs and custom connectors.
• Professional development experience with C# or Python, as well as JavaScript or TypeScript. Personal Skills

• Ability to understand the wider project context, delivery methodology and own role.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and propose productivity improvements.
• Quality-minded, analytical and rigorous approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Language Requirements
• Active knowledge of French or Dutch is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of the other national language is required.
• Active spoken and written English is required. Assignment Details
• Start date: 1 January 2027.
• Duration: 660 workdays.
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours and 36 minutes per day.
• On-site work in Brussels on Tuesday and Thursday; the specific days may change.
• Telework is permitted up to a maximum of 50%, depending on departmental needs and approval of the supervising official.
• The contract may be stopped at three-month intervals with one month notice.
