Responsibilities:
Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation. Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears. Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears. Language
Requirements:
Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills. French: Strong written and spoken communication skills. English: Profound knowledge.
Education:
Bachelor or Master degree. Telework: Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking. Required Experience / Knowledge: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Technical
Experience:
Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory). Familiar with various IT tools (mandatory). Business
