Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate AI Governance initiatives across multiple business functions
• Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Data, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams
• Manage governance roadmaps, risks, dependencies, reporting, and executive communications
• Support AI lifecycle governance including risk assessment, approvals, monitoring, and compliance
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act 🔹 Required Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Transformation
• 3+ years of exposure to AI Governance initiatives
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-wide governance programs
• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Knowledge of AI Governance Frameworks, Risk Assessment, and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience working within Agile environments 🔹 Nice to Have

• Data Governance expertise
• GDPR and AI regulatory compliance knowledge
• Model Risk Management
• AI Model Lifecycle Governance 📍
