About the role
We are hiring a Senior Accountant/ treasury controller who will join the financial team based in Brussels. It's main mission will be to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the accounting department for which he/she will be responsible and will ensure the proper maintenance of the company's accounts in accordance with INNO CARE values

Key responsibilities
• Collect, coordinate and verify accounting data.
• Be exemplary in the practice of accounting techniques.
• Manage accounting operations and control their correct application.
• Set up the organization and the work of the team.
• Supervise, monitor and develop the team
• Implement and ensure compliance with accounting, financial, contractual and internal regulations.
• Contribute to the preparation and production of various accounting reports to ensure that the company strictly complies with legal operations.
• Monitor and control payment deadlines.
• Provision for medium and long-term financing and coverage needs.
• Manage cash flow on a daily basis.
• Manage credit facilities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar function
• Powerful analytical, leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Languages : fluent in French,Dutch and English
