For details, please visit to our company web site at http://www.asl.com.hk/ Responsibilities Responsible for proposed solution of Linux/Windows system software and to build Linux/Windows operating environments consisting of operating systems, SAN Storage and related system software. Handle complex solutions in multi-vendor environments Handle customers' technical questions on proposed products Provide best practice recommendations on software/hardware infrastructure Manage and follow-up on customers' queries Coordinate / setup Proof of Concept (POC) on customer site Provide pre-sales support and technical support to the project team. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs. Maintain strategic partnerships with customers to aid in continuous digital transformation. Show the advantages of Infrastructure services to solve customer challenges Lead technical discussions, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to prospective customers. Bring fresh ideas, drive innovation, and think outside the box. Requirements University degree in computer science or related disciplines 2-3 years or above experience in IT Sound knowledge in Linux system, Window servers, Intranet/Internet and TCP/IP (Good in VMware/Hypervisor, Storage, Patch Management / MDM Deployment Tools (Knowledge of China Brand Products will be advantage) Project implementation reference of integrated solutions. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Willing to work flexible hours Have a Pre-Sales Skill with Salesperson Have a hand-on experience on container environments or AI deployment on GPU (e.g. Nvidia, Ascend or Sensetime AI application) or Public Cloud Deployment. Less experience woud be considered as junior role Working
