What you will work on:
• You will join a growing and motivated team delivering Risk, Security and AI Governance engagements, enabled by ServiceNow and its integrated platform capabilities.
• You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging clients’ business, risk and security stakeholders with technical delivery teams and translating business, regulatory and operational requirements into practical solutions.
• You will lead or support discovery and design workshops to assess current risk, compliance, security, resilience and AI governance capabilities, identify improvement opportunities and shape future-state processes.
• You will help design and implement solutions across areas such as Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Security Operations (SecOps) and AI Control Tower.
• You will collaborate with technical teams to prepare and deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFP responses and solution presentations tailored to clients and prospects.
• You will advise clients on leading practices, effective use of out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration versus customisation decisions and platform governance.
• You will stay current with developments in Risk, Security and AI Governance, as well as ServiceNow releases and new platform capabilities, and help clients define their adoption roadmaps.
• You will share your knowledge, support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of our Risk, Security and AI Governance practice.
• You will support proposals, client presentations and other business development initiatives. What you bring:
• Between two and seven years of relevant experience in Risk, Security, Compliance, Resilience, AI Governance, technology consulting or a related field. Your experience may come from business, advisory, implementation or platform-focused roles.
• Practical knowledge of one or more domains such as enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, internal control, audit, third-party risk, operational resilience, business continuity, cybersecurity, security operations or responsible AI and AI governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly IRM, TPRM, BCM, SecOps or AI Control Tower, is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you bring strong relevant domain experience and are eager to learn ServiceNow, we encourage you to apply.
• The ability to understand business and regulatory needs, structure complex challenges and translate them into clear processes, requirements and solution designs.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, including workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process design, solution documentation and stakeholder management.
• The ability to communicate confidently with both technical specialists and executive stakeholders.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to take ownership, work in a structured way and continuously develop your expertise.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; knowledge of both Dutch and French is an advantage. What can you expect: As a certified Top Employer
we offer
• An attractive remuneration package with a great number of extra-legal benefits (premium electric company car + charging card, net daily and monthly allowances, bonus, Apple/Android personal device and many other benefits tailored through our cafeteria plan).
• Flexible work arrangements to ensure a healthy work-life balance (picking up kids from school, doctor’s appointment, working from home,…) and the possibility to work from anywhere 20 days per year.
• Comprehensive insurance package including group insurance with full KPMG contributions, hospitalization insurance and optional outpatient options (dental & eye care, medical consultations and registered medication).
• Career development opportunities combined with trainings based on your personal goals and aspirations.
• An inclusive, international culture where personal growth, mutual trust and lifelong learning is fostered.
• A buddy and performance manager to support and guide you throughout your career at KPMG.
