Key Responsibilities
✅ Analyze issues and propose improvements to card products and services. ✅ Analyze and evaluate change requests. ✅ Identify solutions together with squad colleagues and evaluate the different options. ✅ Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria. ✅ Act as the interface with stakeholders and bridge business needs with IT. ✅ Define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT). ✅ Follow up the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT). Profile: ✅ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. ✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment. ✅ Strong business expertise in cards and related services (products, processes: issuing, acquiring, card lifecycle, disputes…). ✅ Solid knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, schemes). ✅ Ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and their link with IT. ✅ Excellent command of English + French and/or Dutch. ✅ Nice to have: knowledge of cards-related technology and architecture, experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business, experience with the Agile methodology, and knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. Soft
