Work you'll do Role Summary Analyst / Consultant with computer science or information management background, responsible for end‑to‑end implementation of core banking services (Deposits, CIF, Loans, General Ledger), including business requirement gathering, data migration and testing.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders (retail, operations, finance, risk) to elicit, analyze and document business and system requirements for core banking modules (Deposits, CIF, Loans, GL). Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories and process flows for development and vendor teams. Analyse current-state legacy systems and data structures, perform gap analysis versus target core banking platform capabilities. Define data migration scope and strategy, including data mapping from legacy Deposit/CIF/Loan/GL systems to target schemas, data cleansing rules and transformation logic Work with data and technical teams to design and validate ETL jobs, migration tools and staging processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and reconciliation. Develop test strategies, test cases and test data for functional, integration, migration and user acceptance testing across core banking modules Execute and coordinate testing, log and track defects, support root cause analysis and verify fixes in collaboration with vendors and internal IT Support configuration and parameterization of core banking products (account types, interest schemes, fee rules, GL mappings) in line with business requirements and control standards Prepare user manuals and training materials, deliver training and go‑live support to business and operations users. Monitor post‑implementation performance, support issue triage and stabilization, and identify opportunities for process and system enhancements. We are looking for someone with Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or related discipline. 1–3 years’ experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Consultant in banking or financial services, with hands‑on involvement in core banking implementation or upgrade projects. Strong understanding of core banking processes for Deposits, CIF, Loans or General Ledger, including end‑to‑end customer and account lifecycle, product setup and accounting flows. Demonstrated experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation using standard templates and tools. Practical experience in data migration projects (scoping, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, migration testing). Solid knowledge of software testing life cycle, test planning and execution (SIT, UAT, regression, migration verification). Ability to liaise between business users, technical teams and vendors, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
