About Us
Little Heroes was born from a mother's love for her autistic son and a simple belief: every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in their own unique way. We create fun, practical, and engaging visual learning aids and schedules that help children develop independence, communication skills, and confidence in everyday life. Our products support parents, educators, therapists, and children of all abilities, including those with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. We're a small business with a big heart, and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm to help us grow in Hong Kong The RoleWe're looking for a friendly, proactive, and independent Freelance Sales Assistant to help introduce Little Heroes to more families, schools, therapy centres, and educational organisations across Hong Kong. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building genuine relationships, and representing products that make a positive difference. What You'll Be Doing:
• Connecting with potential customers, including schools, therapy centres, educators, and retailers.
• Introducing our products and showing how they can support children's learning and everyday routines.
• Visiting potential customers, arranging meetings, and building lasting relationships.
• Following up on enquiries and helping customers find the right products.
• Keeping sales activities organised and supporting our growing presence in Hong Kong.
• Sharing ideas and opportunities to help Little Heroes reach more families Who We'd Love to MeetWe're not necessarily looking for someone with an impressive sales résumé. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, great people skills, and genuine enthusiasm You might be a great fit if you:
• Are friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people.
• Enjoy building relationships and making new connections.
• Are organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Have some experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Speak English and Cantonese fluently.
• Have an interest in early childhood education, special needs, or child development (a wonderful bonus).
