Position overview As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Events & Operations intern to support the Hospitality & Operations Manager and the team in the day-to-day management of the space and the organization of our cultural programme. The intern will contribute to the logistical coordination of openings, exhibitions and community events, help prepare the spaces before and after events, liaise with artists, service providers and partners, and contribute to guest reception and hospitality during events. They will also be involved in the smooth daily running of the coworking, exhibition and accommodation spaces (stock monitoring, coordination with external providers, upkeep of the spaces), as well as in welcoming members, artists, residents and visitors and managing arrivals and departures. Requirements Currently studying in a field related to events, hospitality, cultural management or a related area. Prior experience in events, hospitality or operations is an asset, but is not essential. Required qualifications
• Proactivity, organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once;
• Strong interest in events and operations;
• English required. French and/or Dutch preferred;
• A taste for human contact and a desire to work in a creative and cultural environment;
• Autonomy within a small, dynamic team;
• Internship agreement required (currently enrolled in studies). Working arrangment Workload and duration to be determined with the intern. Internship start date: As soon as possible. Internship end date To be discussed. Paid internship Yes
