Ansell is looking for a Finance Transformation Director to join our team in Brussels, Belgium In this enterprise leadership role, you will report directly to the CFO and play a pivotal role in modernizing Ansell’s global Finance function. You will shape the future-state Finance Operating Model, lead high-impact transformation initiatives, and help position Finance as a more strategic, data-driven partner to the business. This is an opportunity for a senior transformation leader to influence how Finance operates across processes, technology, talent, governance, and service delivery while partnering closely with the Finance Leadership Team and senior business stakeholders. • Partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to design and implement a future-state Finance Operating Model that is more automated, agile, scalable, and strategically aligned to Ansell’s long-term business objectives.
• Assess and redesign foundational finance processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report, to strengthen efficiency, control, scalability, and business impact.
• Introduce and evolve finance service delivery models, including shared services and centers of excellence, to improve responsiveness, consistency, and cost effectiveness across the global function.
• Lead change management across Finance and the broader organization, helping teams adopt new tools, processes, governance structures, and ways of working.
• Build future-ready finance capabilities by identifying skills gaps and developing teams in Lean, continuous improvement, digital enablement, and modern finance practices.
• Champion the adoption of next-generation finance technologies, including ERP upgrades, cloud solutions, automation, RPA, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Strengthen data-driven decision-making by improving data governance, master data quality, self-service analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Simplify and automate core finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and close activities to create capacity for higher-value business partnering.
• Oversee finance transformation program governance, including roadmap development, planning, execution, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional project teams, to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes. What will you bring to Ansell?
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in finance transformation, finance business partnering, operating model redesign, or enterprise-level transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a complex, global, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of modern finance technologies, including ERP platforms, automation, RPA, cloud solutions, BI tools, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled finance capabilities.
• Proven ability to design and implement finance operating models, shared services, centers of excellence, process improvements, and scalable governance structures.
• Executive presence with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, challenge constructively, and create alignment across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong program leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and measurable transformation outcomes.
• Deep understanding of how Finance can create business value through process excellence, data quality, capability building, digital enablement, and disciplined execution.
• Background in consulting, global manufacturing, or enterprise-level transformation is highly desirable.
