Responsibilities Perform general office administration duties and support to Sales Team Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Prepare appropriate presentations on products and services Maintain an organized and systematic record of all Sales accounts Coordinate with internal parties to launch promotional offers and sales activities Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management or related discipline Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a related field Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Potunghua) Proficient in the use of "Opera" system would be an advantage Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills Fresh graduates with potential will be considered Benefits 5-day work week Transportation Allowance Free Transportation in Discovery Bay Discretionary Bonus Duty meal Annual Leave Birthday Leave Other Paid Leave (Discretionary Sick Leave, Marriage Leave etc.) Top-up MPF scheme Medical and dental coverage Family & Friends discount Internal and external training opportunities and sponsorship Working
