BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is an independent, non-profit membership organization established in 2010. BSL is also recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap112) and as a public body under the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap 201) since 2016. BEAM Society was established in 1996, which was later incorporated in 2010 as BEAM Society Limited. Being the developer and owner of the Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM), BSL is committed to administering and developing the BEAM Plus Assessment Tools.

We offer
impartial assessment on building sustainability and build capacity by providing training for BEAM practitioners – BEAM Professionals (BEAM Pro) and BEAM Affiliates. Responsibilities Perform data entry and generate reports Coordinate training courses e.g. CPD training, site visits and conference, etc; Handle registration from online training portal and membership e-platform; Assist in marketing events and production of marketing collateral; Coordinate event logistics; Support all aspects of projects & event management, including contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support; Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications And Requirements Diploma or above; Minimum 1
- 2 years experience is a must; Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Chinese Word Processing; Knowledge in MS Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table and video editing would be an advantage; Strong sense of responsibility, well organised with a can-do attitude; Immediate availability is highly preferred.
