• Bachelor’s Degree from a Hong Kong university, majoring in History, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Education, Media Communications, or other heritage and cultural related fields, or equivalent;
• At least THREE-YEAR of relevant full-time working experience in museums, galleries, archives or cultural institutes with proven experience in managing social media platforms and websites;
• Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), or equivalent;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
• Good knowledge in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Chinese character processing. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator, OpenText TeamSite, DS file (NAS) is an advantage. Job Duties
• To organise and execute education and public programmes;
• To assist in monitoring funded projects;
• To assist in managing social media platforms and website, updating the publicity platform during office hours and weekend (if necessary);
• To conduct basic research, field visit and prepare publicity information; and
• To provide any other services related to research, education, education and public programmes.
