Key Responsibilities
• Develop the overall test plan for the program and break it down into integrated operational plans.
• Orchestrate testing activities carried out by various workstreams, internal teams and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated schedule of test campaigns, dependencies, environments, datasets and resources.
• Coordinate sequences of System Testing, SIT, End‑to‑End Testing, UAT, regression and non‑functional tests.
• Anticipate capacity conflicts, critical dependencies and inter‑domain impacts, proposing necessary trade‑offs.
• Produce consolidated dashboards of coverage, results, risks and quality of evidence. Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in leading large‑scale testing programs.
• Strong knowledge of System, SIT, UAT and regression testing methodologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Nice to have
• Familiarity with Pollard and Brightstar vendor processes.
• Experience with migration validation and cut‑over planning.
