Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) 📅 Start Date: December 2026 ⏳ Contract: 12 months (extension possible) 💼 Full-time We are looking for a Senior IAM / IGA Operations Engineer to join a critical Identity & Access Management team responsible for securing and managing enterprise authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support IAM and IGA platforms in a production environment.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades and migrations.
• Configure and maintain IAM security policies, roles, and access models.
• Support joiner, mover, leaver processes and application onboarding.
• Implement automation and process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team. Required Skills & Experience ✅ Strong experience with IAM and/or IGA platforms ✅ Hands-on experience with Keycloak and/or MidPoint ✅ Solid knowledge of:
• OIDC
• OAuth2
• SAML
• Authentication & Authorization ✅ Experience with:
• IAM configuration and security
• Identity provisioning and integrations
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Operational management of IAM/IGA platforms
• Platform lifecycle management
• Linux environments
• PostgreSQL and/or MariaDB ✅ Scripting and automation experience (Python, Groovy, JavaScript or similar) ✅ Experience in enterprise environments and security-focused infrastructures Nice to Have
• LDAP / Directory Services knowledge
• High Availability (HA) environments
• Keycloak administration
• MidPoint administration
• Security and access governance experience Languages
• Dutch: Active knowledge
• French: Active knowledge
