• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when Work on the cutting edge of mental health AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the psychiatric expertise you already have. The AI systems being developed for mental health are trained and tested by real psychiatrists. The teams building them need Cantonese-speaking clinicians who can create difficult psychiatric cases, judge how well an AI handles them, write the clinical answer a psychiatrist would give, and explain where the system falls short. Your clinical judgment, cultural awareness and ethical reasoning become part of how the next generation of mental health AI works. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you'll do
• Develop complex psychiatric case studies for AI training and evaluation
• Conduct psychological assessments and write expert annotations reflecting Cantonese-language psychiatric practice
• Prepare clinical documentation and analytical reviews in Cantonese and English
• Review mental health AI evaluation methods and explain where the system's psychiatric reasoning or cultural understanding falls short Why this is worth your time

• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most psychiatrists will not have for years

• MD, MBBS or an equivalent medical degree
• Completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license
• Fluent in Cantonese and advanced written and spoken English, with experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Cantonese-speaking clinical settings
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools. Pay and details
• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
