Job Responsibilities
• Participate in the implementation and review of compensation and benefits strategies, including annual salary review exercise and benefits plans
• Responsible for the full spectrum of staff performance management, and support annual staff budgeting and staff cost management
• Perform salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure the market competitiveness of remuneration package
• Liaise with external service providers to facilitate the implementation of benefit programs
• Review and develop human resources policies and procedures to ensure in compliance with statutory requirements
• Perform payroll administration and other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements
• University graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and/or performance management, preferably in banking & finance industry
• Good knowledge of compensation and benefit practices
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, related employment legislation and regulations
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and good report writing skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
