With a world-leading team of engineers and technicians, the company is at the forefront of power technology research and development, energy storage equipment manufacturing, IT data services, and new energy project development. Fox ESS focuses on providing advanced distributed energy and energy storage products, as well as smart energy management solutions for residential, industrial, and commercial customers. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a background in electrical engineering or relevant industry experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound hotline calls and provide professional technical support to customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to inverters, energy storage systems, and other renewable energy products, providing timely and effective solutions remotely and on-site.
• Conduct on-site visits for diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and system commissioning when required.
• Collaborate closely with the internal technical team to analyze, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, service visits, technical reports, and troubleshooting activities. Requirements
• Good command of English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical support or after-sales role.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field is preferred.
