Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our client’s team and play a key role in designing and delivering modern business applications and automation solutions. You’ll combine low-code and pro-code development with Microsoft’s Power Platform, helping business stakeholders turn their needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions. This is an opportunity to work in an Agile environment on a broad range of applications, integrations, automation, reporting, and AI-driven solutions. Role & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build both canvas apps and model-driven applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Design and implement automated business processes and workflows with Power Automate.
• Design and develop AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services, SharePoint, web services, and third-party applications.
• Contribute to the integration of low-code and pro-code solutions within complex IT environments.
• Ensure applications and solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with technical standards.
• Participate in technical assessments, risk analyses, and impact assessments for new applications and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to users and colleagues.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, project meetings, and other Agile activities.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the Power Platform practice and stay up to date with new platform, cloud, and AI capabilities.
• Act as a customer-focused technical partner, balancing business needs with established governance and security requirements. Ideal Candidate You are a senior developer with extensive experience building Power Platform solutions in both low-code and pro-code environments. You have a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and are comfortable working across application development, automation, data, integrations, and AI. You combine hands-on technical expertise with a pragmatic and collaborative approach and can communicate effectively with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders. Experience within the people-transport or mobility domain is a strong asset. Required Expertise
• Minimum 7 years of relevant development experience, including extensive experience with low-code and pro-code Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Apps solutions, including canvas and model-driven applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience developing and managing Microsoft Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating Power Platform applications with SharePoint and other Microsoft services.
• Experience with web services and maintenance or management of applications running on Apache Tomcat.
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI Builder, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, C#, CSS, and HTML.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure/cloud services, and/or Generative AI are an advantage.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in the people transport or mobility domain is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Operational proficiency in English.
