Assistant Merchandising Manager/Senior Buyer/ Buyer – Beauty

About the role
Join an exciting new beauty retail project to manage the buying and merchandising of a portfolio of international beauty brands. Responsible for assortment planning, supplier management, pricing, inventory optimization and sales performance analysis, you will play a key role in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities
• Manage product sourcing, buying and assortment planning for a portfolio of beauty brands
• Analyze sales performance, inventory and market trends to drive sales and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand principals
• Negotiate pricing, promotional support and commercial terms
• Work closely with Retail, Marketing and Operations teams on new product launches and business initiatives About you
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• 3 years' buying/merchandising experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or related retail industry
• Solid experience in managing multiple beauty brands
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese Benefits
