Experience:

Key Responsibilities
✅ Program governance and management framework ✅ Integrated budget, scope, and schedule management ✅ Cost forecasting and budget variance analysis ✅ Risk and opportunity management ✅ Program scheduling, milestones, and dependencies ✅ Management reporting and governance updates ✅ Coordination of PMO activities and stakeholders Required
Skills:
🔹 Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field 🔹 5+ years of project/program management experience 🔹 Infrastructure or CAPEX project experience preferred 🔹 Strong budget, scheduling, risk management, and reporting skills 🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management 🔹 English + Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other language Preferred Tools: Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI Certification: PMP or equivalent is an advantage. ⚠️ Non-EU candidates must have a valid Belgian work permit and residence permit. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV via DM.
