Project Management Officer

About the Company
An opportunity at the heart of an international company VS Consulting Group supports SMEs, mid-sized companies and international groups in transforming and optimizing their Finance functions. As part of our development in Belgium, we are looking for a dynamic and driven and experienced PMO Treasury Systems professional to support and coordinate treasury technology transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on Kyriba and/or Diapason Agicap, implementations. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between clients and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury Systems Project Management
• Coordinate end-to-end treasury system implementation and transformation projects.
• Support project planning, governance, budget tracking, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops with key takeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare steering committee materials, project status reports, and executive dashboards. Treasury Technology & Process Transformation
• Support the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly Kyriba and/or Diapason, Agicap
• Assist in defining target operating models and treasury process improvements.
• Coordinate system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Ensure alignment between treasury business requirements and technical solutions. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Manage interactions with banks, SWIFT providers, ERP teams, and treasury system vendors.
• Track vendor deliverables and escalate risks or issues when required. Connectivity & Integration
• Coordinate treasury system integrations with ERPs (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365), banking platforms, and payment solutions.
• Support initiatives related to Bank connectivity (SWIFT, APIs, Host-to-Host), ISO 20022 migration & Cash forecasting. Reporting & Governance
• Maintain project documentation, Blueprint, RACI, and project plans.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to project delivery and treasury transformation objectives.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication activities. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as PMO in Treasury, Treasury Consulting, Treasury Systems, or implementation partners
• Proven experience supporting or managing Kyriba and/or Diapason, Agicap implementations.

• Experience working in complex international project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
