- Proven experience as an analyst on implementations of GenAI changes within a corporate organization.
- Strong communication skills are essential for translating technical concepts on GenAI to non-technical stakeholders..
- Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams.
- Prove maturity in stakeholder management with a focus on outcome and value. Be able to challenge experienced AI engineers and analysts with critical mindset
- Knowledgeable on the principles of Generative AI, including how models like large language models (LLMs) work.
- Prompt Engineering and guardrail management skills.
- Basic or Confirmed AWS AgentCore technical skills.
- Agentic AI knowledge within M365 and MS Copilot studio
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts and tools is crucial.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is essential, especially for working with AI models and data manipulation.
- Analysis, evaluation and visual representation of (Gen)AI results and knowledgeable on different measurements and KPI's on (Gen)AI. Skills Exp. Req.
