We are seeking a hands-on System Analyst to support our core technology team in migrating web applications and peripheral systems to a modern cloud environment. Working under the guidance of the Tech Lead, you will play a vital role in environment setup, DevOps pipeline management, cloud deployment, and system configuration. This role requires a blend of technical execution, application troubleshooting, and governance support to ensure stable, secure, and fully compliant cloud operations. Key Responsibilities
Cloud Migration & Implementation (70%) Migration Execution: Support the Tech Lead in the end-to-end migration of assigned web applications and downstream systems to the cloud platform (e.g., environment setup, onboarding, deployment planning). DevOps & Pipelines: Maintain and optimize CI/CD deployment pipelines across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments. Code & Config Adjustments: Review existing architecture, code dependencies, and integrations to implement code/configuration changes necessary for cloud compatibility. Modern Tooling: Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) effectively to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and documentation processes. Technical Documentation: Author and maintain migration runbooks, deployment procedures, infrastructure records, and rollback plans. Post-Go-Live Support: Assist with production implementation and post-migration stabilization. Testing, Release & Governance (20%) Test Support: Coordinate environment readiness and test data for SIT/UAT; analyze, debug, and fix code or environment-related defects promptly. Change Management: Prepare documentation for Change Advisory Boards (CAB), including deployment risk assessments, rollback protocols, and test validation evidence. Security Governance: Support security reviews by compiling compliance evidence, tracking vulnerability findings, and executing necessary remediations. Collaboration & Compliance (10%) Ensure all deliverables meet internal architecture, cybersecurity, and operational risk standards. Deliver regular progress reports, flag risks/dependencies early to the Tech Lead, and work collaboratively with internal engineering and external vendors. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, digital development, or cloud migration projects. Industry Context: Background in financial services, insurance, or professional IT consulting environments is highly preferred. Technical Competencies Cloud Platforms: Solid understanding of public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud). DevOps Tools: Practical experience in source control, automated build/deployment pipelines, and release management frameworks. Web & Integration Technologies: Familiarity with modern web stacks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot) and databases (SQL / NoSQL). APIs & Security: Understanding of API management, microservices architectures, and modern identity/authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML). Containers: Hands-on knowledge of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes) to troubleshoot and migrate services smoothly. Behavioral Competencies Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills to navigate a fast-paced project landscape.
