Full professional proficiency in Dutch is a requirement for this role. Dutch does not have to be your first language, as long as it is strong enough to run client work in, spoken and written.
As an Engagement Manager, you own day-to-day project delivery, manage small teams and work closely with clients across pricing, commercial strategy and M&A. You turn analysis into plans a board approves and a team can run. This role is ideal for consultants who want to grow into Principal, building delivery excellence, leadership and commercial ownership along the way.
You lead engagements, manage client relationships and coach interns and freelance consultants. You bring structure, analytical depth and an entrepreneurial mindset that challenges both clients and colleagues to raise the bar.

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project management in pricing, commercial strategy, M&A or commercial due diligence.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for CEOs and investors, building long-term relationships based on trust and insight.
• Ensure every deliverable answers the client’s question with evidence, ready for a board decision.
• Lead high-stakes client meetings and workshops that end in a decision. 2. Develop KooKoo Strategy’s way of working (20%)
• Identify and quantify new value creation opportunities during active engagements.
• Support firm growth by leading proposal writing, project scoping and commercial client communication.
