Responsibilities
• Lead discovery workshops and conduct fit‑gap analysis to produce functional design documents.
• Configure D365 Customer Service and Field Service out‑of‑the‑box features such as work orders, service agreements, case management, and inventory workflows.
• Set up schedule board, define skills, territories, and implement automated resource scheduling optimization (RSO).
• Support mobile app deployment for frontline technicians and integrate IoT alert triggers.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts, facilitate training sessions, and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Manage data migrations, dual‑write configurations, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Power Platform teams to extend functionality using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Document process maps, functional specifications, and configuration guides.
• Provide client‑facing communication, status reporting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑share initiatives. Qualification

• 12+ years of consulting experience delivering full‑cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, dual‑write, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑mapping skills.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site at least three days per week.
• Immediate availability to join the project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MB‑230, MB‑240, PL‑100) are a plus.
